How do I create my first habit plan?

Navigate to the Habits section and tap the + button to add a new habit. You can set specific times, reminders, and track your progress daily.

Can I edit or delete my habits?

Yes! Long press on any habit to see options to edit or delete it. You can also mark habits as complete and track your streaks.

How do I access premium features?

Go to Settings > Subscription to view available plans. Premium features include 100+ curated habits, advanced analytics, and personalized coaching.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Your personal information is never shared with third parties without your consent.
